• What is the shipping way, is import process complex ？

There are several shipping ways for jewelry export:

• Via sea, big customers and big orders, some customers may send via sea, use container, but it request big qty, normally if your order more than 300kg on weight, we suggest you send via sea, shipping cost is cheapest, but take longest time on the way;
• Via air, normally for shipping weight over 100kg due 300kg, our customers will send via air, only take several days to arrival;
• Via courier, if your order qty is small, like below 100kg, we suggest you send via courier, like Fedex,DHL,UPS…also will take several days to arrival but it’s door to door service, but the shipping cost is highest compare with above 2 ways;
• You will also need to know that, you need to handle the import docs if ship via air and via sea, and if you send via courier, courier will help you a lot on the import process. And also when we ship via sea and via air, there will some handling fee will be charged by your forwarder…
• Door to door including import and tax service, this is another service we can provide to our customers, shipping cost is not that high as courier, and can help customers who not clear about customs clearance to handling everything.

• What is the payment terms normally we can use ？

• 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping, this is a very common payment terms on fashion jewelry business, but of course before we sent out the products to you, we can take detailed photos of everything, or you can asked a third party to do the inspection.
• Payment terms can always discuss, as for some customers, we can agree no deposit and 100% before shipping;
• Or for some customers, we can agree 30% deposit, 40% before shipping, 30% after payment received.

• Quality level, price level, and materials of wedding & bridal Jewelry ？

For some countries, especially for North America, and European market, as these markets have very strict testing standard, and for some products, it looks good, but the lead, Cadmium, nickel content is very high, it’s not good for health, some customers will allergy after wear it, so you need to be very careful about it. Below is some basic testing standard according to years experience from us.

• The plating ways, and what is anti-tarnish protection ?

Normal we use imitation gold or rhodium plating on some low cost materials items, like iron, zinc alloy metal base.

And we use genuine gold or genuine rhodium plating on the high cost materials items, like brass, 925 silver metal base.

Anti-tarnish protection are normally applied on the gold and silver plated items, as gold and silver color easy to tarnish, so apply some special treatment on the plating surface to make the color last longer.

• Can I order products with my own design, is design difficult, what will be the MOQ to start my own design production ?

A lot of customers want to make their own design styles, when they find some nice styles on web, they want to make a exactly same styles, or make a small change on it then becomes a new styles…here in China, you can find a lot of OEM suppliers, it’s easy for them, just send a clear photo, or drawing…and if you want to make your own design products, you will need order 60 pcs, 120 pcs or 360 pcs as MOQ, depends on which materials you will take and how complex your design is.

• Normally what will be the production time and sampling time ?

Lead time for sampling: about 5 -15 days base on difference designs;

Lead time for sampling: about 10- 25 days;

• How can I put my logo on my products ?

For necklace and bracelets, we can help to make your own logo tag.

• How can I make my products with my own logo package by small order qty ?

Packing card or boxes with your own logo will be easy to made, but each design will need MOQ to make, like for earring card, need about 5000 pcs to start, but each only cost about $0.02, so even 5000 pcs will cost only about $100, can you can use a lot of orders…
